Statement on OPL 2021

We are saddened by the news that Riot Games have decided to close the Riot Oceania office and dissolution of the OPL.

We have worked tirelessly with OPL teams collectively to offer ways for the OPL scene to grow.

We wholeheartedly believe that the market can support a professional esports league for League of Legends, and we are committed to working with the OPL teams to achieve this.

I would like to take this moment to thank all contributions to the Gravitas story so far. 

Thanks to Juves, Calvin, Faun, eGym, OMO, Daniel and all of our players that have represented Gravitas to date.

We don’t see this as an end but a new beginning.
